Brf Surtsö has a service agreement with CEMI regarding technical management of our property. It is valid since 2015-09-01.

CEMI handles service and fault reports.

Ikano Eftermarknad keeps handling warranty matters and any actions related to the 2-year property inspection.

Note that you will be charged in full for any issues that you yourself have caused and/or are not included in the warranty.
