Information for residents regarding heating & hotwater billing
From october, all invoices for billing minol will be made monthly instead of quarterly as now, last quarter billing will get charged in the June invoices, after that all charging of minol will continue as usual, monthly, the residents do not need to do anything themselves, they will be automaticly charged by the invoice to the brf as usual . The cost of minol is payment for hot water (cold water is included in fee to brf) and the cost of extra heating at home( room temperature, basic setting  is included in the fee to brf).
