Information from the board of Brf Surtsö to the residents regarding balconyglazing

When a resident in Brf Surtsö makes a glazing of his balcony he/she have to sign two contracts with the board of Brf Surtsö for approval. These must be sent in so that we can have the contract ‘’Avtal balkonginglasning’’ for archiving and contract ‘’Avtal färdiganmälan’’ which will be sent to the township at the end of the building permit for glazing.

The board got the attention that there are a few small problems with the balconys at the left and right end of the balconys where it gets in air drafts, if you see that there is a small and long opening and it’s getting air drafts from it contact balkongrutan during the guaranty so that they can fix it upp. It’s up to the residents to contact balkongrutan so that they can fix it.
