We would again like to say how important it is to waste disposal is managed and functions of the Association. Partly for sanitary reasons but also for everyone’s safety. An important aspect is also to maintain the value of our apartments. An untidy surroundings make the area less attractive.
Garbage on the streets can attract animals. Corrugated and bulky waste must not be in the garage / basement when there is a fire hazard. We have received several complaints from distressed and anxious residents of the association.
PLEASE OBSERVE
The Board has decided to begin monitoring the waste disposal. Where garbage is outside the containers, or not sorted properly, it will lead to written warnings that can lead to the termination of the accommodation contract. This includes bulky waste and similar posed in our public areas and the association’s land. The residents themselves are responsible for removal of everything that can not be thrown into the containers. Nothing can be put on the ground.
