Two years has passed since the apartments in Brf Surtsö were completed to move in, and now it is time for inspection. Any warrantable shall be taken up during the inspection.

The inspection will be done by a Surveyor during week 23 (June 2- June 5)

The date and time is in the attached annex where the residents must be home to let the surveyor in to the respective apartment.

It is not possible change the time for the inspection.

 

Entry to the apartments

It is very important that you give the surveyor entry to the apartment during the specified time.

Every resident has responsibility to give entry to the apartment for the Surveyor. Either by being home during the specified time or making sure that someone else gives entry for the Surveyor.

The resident that can’t be home during the specified time must notify and leave the keys to someone that can give entry, perhaps a neighbor. It is also possible to give the keys of the apartment to the board of Brf Surtsö. Please notify us to which neighbor, alternatively to the Board of Brf Surtsö by email: styrelsen@brfsurtso.se   

Important! Those apartments that the Surveyor can’t get access to will be treated as inspected.

The owner of the apartment can’t then complain over warrantable post inspection to Ikano Bostad

 

Preperation

Control and note any warrantable like cracks, unstable floor and other functional faults.

Notify faults to the Surveyor who then decides if those faults shall be included in the two year inspection or not.
