Living area: No actual measurement is made, referring to the transfer agreement, alternatively, do not hesitate to styrelsen@brfsurtso.se with the apartment rental you can mention this disclosure.
Monthly fee:
The monthly fee includes heat and hot water (heat and hot water is a flat fee, actually use charged every quarter, because heating is included in the fee), laundry room and apartment storage. Household electricity is not included in the monthly fee, but everyone pays for their own consumption.
Broadband / TV / Telephone: ComHem FIBERLAN (100mb broadband), cable TV (basic package + pay channels 8st) and IP telephony is included in the monthly fee. As a condominium owner you get yourself contact ComHem when ordering out of the router, set-top box or service IP telephony. New collective agreement is valid from 1 October 2016. The old contract until then refers to 50Mbit Internet, TV basic service and IP telephony.
Tenant Supplement: The association has insurance condominium supplement for all apartments. Housing extension is complementary to home insurance. Home insurance must accommodations still subscribe themselves, as usual, however, no need to take out housing allowance. Condominium supplement is signed by the company Vardia Insurance AB.
Garage Spaces (hot air garage): There are 51 sites belonging to the association which goes to rent, these sites are located in houses and rise to every single house is away from the garage. Contact the association’s financial managers Frubo for more information. A garage space currently costs 650kr / month. External tenants Board grants in the holding area, rent a garage space for 800kr / month with one month’s notice.
Parking spaces (patios): There are 13 sites belonging to the association which goes to rent. Contact the association’s financial managers Frubo for more information. A parking space (outdoors) currently costs SEK 400 / month.
Extra Parking space: You can also rent additional parking spaces provided there are vacancies available. Each apartment can have an extra place.
For these additional sites, the following rules:
– One month’s notice
– If a member has no place looking to rent parking space and there are no (whether inside or out) will an additional parking to be terminated.
– Those who had their extra space the shortest time is the one who will be laid off.
Number of apartments / rooms: The association owns 81 apartments and one local, the addresses are located on surtsögatan 3, skagafjordsgatan 3 & 5, oddegatan 6 and kindergarten on surtsögatan first
Management: Property Tens technical management is handled by CEMI reached by telephone on 0774-700 990. In case of emergency call to the emergency services who have numbers in the respective notice board, it turns out that the incident is the condominium owner’s fault or that the matter was not urgent, you get condominium owner to pay the resulting fee.
Transfer fee: Brf Surtsö Kista Farm charge a transfer fee of 2.5% of the base amount.
Pledging Fee: Brf Surtsö Kista Farm charge a pledge fee of 1% of the base amount.
Rebuilding: There is no such planned measures.
Fee Increase: There are no planned fee increases.
