Mounting satellite dishes on balcony parapets, on the wall, or on windows and doors is not permitted.
Please keep the noise down a little extra between 22:00 and 07:00. If you’re having a party, please notify your neighbors beforehand.
Barbecuing on your balcony or patio is only allowed with electric- or gas barbecues with lids.
If you smoke or use snus, please don’t throw cigarette butts or used snusprillor on the grass. We all live in nice, modern apartments and all extra maintenance costs will be paid by us all in common, including yourself. We want a high standard on both the courtyard and the area around the block.
