As you all know, we have tried activating the individual measurements of heating and hot water. Unfortunately, this has not turned out as well as we hoped and we will therefore go back to how things were before. These things will therefore happen:

• The extra fee you paid in June will be repaid in September, October and November.
• Tests will be carried out to ensure the measurements are correct. This will be done by us and Minol in cooperation.
• The hot water till be debited separately as that measurement seems to work.

We ask you to direct your questions to the right person:

• Frubo can answer questions regarding the different parts of your bill, as well as questions concerning how to pay, autogiro and parking fees.
• Minol can answer questions regarding their measurement equipment.
• The board can answer all other questions, such as why a bill is high or why you are being debited for something.

We ask you to FIRST ask the board if you have questions that neither Frubo nor Minol can answer.
